Because of misleading on phone as part of ASC and Aameriquest I tried to find out more, after 6 or 7 months and top office of wells fargo told me ASC dba Wells Fargo but not recorded in any public legal documents.
Also ASC dba many other mortgage company and banks Nt'l City Mortgage, Jp Chase, AMC is new name for Ameriquest.
Why ASC use dba?

Is there any Licence problem?
Any one knows about CEO or President of ASC?
Sounds lots of illegal acts by those tried before under different name after lots of Rip-off on mortgage lending, real estate broker and escrow company which wells fargo bought out and later they start ASC.
