Tell them to PROVE IT!!! If YOU are 100% sure YOU didn't take out any loans then THEY have to PROVE it was YOU who took out said loans. Many times though this is ID THEFT rearing its ugly head. Someone close to you MAY have used YOUR information and taken some loans out in your name. I would contact ACS and try and explain that YOU PERSONALLY have NEVER taken a loan and YOU need some proof of said loan before YOU are going to do ANYTHING except retain a lawyer. This way THEY have to atleast provide a signature. YOU may recognize that signature as someone close to you, or it could be a completely random ID theft. YOU wont know until YOU contact them. They MAY be confusing YOU with someone who has an exact spelling of YOUR NAME!!! Either way, contact them and if need be retain a lawyer.
