Ascentium Capital Fraudulent charges for terminals I dont need Kingwood Texas

They fraudulently charged my business account for terminals I do not need or have a store front for. I did not ask for the business relationship but it was mysteriously added to my account paperwork when I applied with Merchant Industry who happens to be in bed with this company and I was told I would not be charged and that it was there just in case I needed one if I ever opened a store. Well I still do not have a store and I don't need their machines. They took over $1400 from my acct and gave only a portion back. Sent the terminals twice and now they are tarnishing my credit and demanding payment. I need an attorney and fast to bury these a**holes into the ground!
