Ashley Furniture/Synchrony bank closed my account without warning even though I have never missed a payment or made a late payment. NEVER BEEN LATE EVER NOT ONCE!! I had an $8000 dollars limit that disappeared without reason or warning. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SYNCHRONY BANK AGAIN! Also I sent in a pay off amount of $3577.00 and was promised that if the payment made it there by the 16th there will be no interest charges added. Guess what? It was there by the 15th and I still was charge interest and they refuse to take it off. This company is a ripoff and it will steal your money through interest and late fees. Don't fall for that 12 mth, 24 mth or 48 no interest, it's a scam.
