Ashley Madison ADL Media Subscription renewed without authorization at a higher rate package , Internet

I signed up for a 29.00 fee, and when credits were finished they renewd me at a $49.00 fee on April 16, and the $79.00 on April 23rd.
I called Customer Service who said I authorized it by not opting out, and did I read their terms and services?
I went back to their terms and services and it said they would renew at the first rate.
Also, nobody ever answers your messages, but you get a lot of mail asking to "Chat" which is expensive.
Also, there is a group of paid women who contact you (Terms say "For Entertainment only", no dating) and they are called "Ashley's Angels".
TOTAL RIPOFF!
