When you decide to delete your account, there is a large button that says "delete account" it is the most prominent thing on the page. There is a smaller portion that tells you that you can have all record of being on the site removed for a fee charged to your card. 

In tiny, plain black text is the link to use to "hide" your account. In otherwords, you can either "hide" your account for free, but you can only delete it for a fee. What makes this even worse is that you are not even told that your card is going to be charged, it just happens and then you receive an email about it later.

The customer service department refuses to work with a customer and says that since your account was completely deleted that there is no way to undo the error. In general they trick you into the purchase, do not allow you the opportunity to see what has happened and then refuse to make things right.
