My husband, brother in law, and several friends "worked" for Ashley and Doug in Van Horn, TX. Every morning those guys were on time at work and worked hard stacking pallets after pallets of stone.... They were never paid.... and when they confronted Doug (whom is a P.O.S) he gave them a check for $91.00 to split between 6 guys for TWO weeks of hard labor in the sun.... Oh and if Doug's wife is reading this he was seeing a woman from Van Horn the whole time he was there! So please do NOT order from these low life a-holes!!!

Our company was defrauded on a quarry lease and they were informed of the situation. They said they wanted to wait on the stone. Without contacting us again, they posted this libelous statement about our company.

We immediately refunded them upon their request on Monday after they contacted us on Saturday. Thus, the request for refund came on a weekend and we overnighted her a check on Monday. We never knew that this report had been filed till Tuesday. It is highly unfair and a slanderous statement and completely untrue. We have 100's of happy customers and can supply references to anyone that needs to know.

The company she is complaining about is NOT TILEOFLUXURY.COM but Texasflagstone.com which is now up and running with a current lease from the state.

They have promised to remove this posting as it is not true.

This was an unfortunate situation. We are a successful tile company that ships tile daily all over the usa with 100's of happy customers including designer homes, parade of homes and celebrity homes including Tyler Perry, Dell computer owners, etc.

we bought this quarry and when this order was made the state of texas told us that the lease we bought was not in force. we had to work several months to get it straight...gigi and lonnie autry told us they would wait till october and we were really working to get the stone for them as we just got the lease back. she did not call me although i had spoken to lonnie autry about this..she never called our office once before posting this.

she requested a refund, we sent it and in the meantime this was posted....she has promised to remove it toniight.

to call us a scam is clearly not true and we never have defrauded anyone. we have an office, showroom and warehouse full of tile and stone in san antonio texas for anyone to see.

I have received a check for my deposit. Upon it clearing, I will remove this post.
