This place is committing fraud. If you go 1-2 hrs before closing time they have more than half the food trays empty. They had the temerity to tell us that since it was close to closing time they do not refill the trays. We were not the only ones who were complaining.

It definitely is fraud

It is "intentional misrepresentation" since in a buffet the expectation is that all the labelled food trays should have the food. You are charging the buffet price for providing the variety and letting the customer choose what they want to eat. If the employees are tired and want to go home they should just close the place. We are not providing charity by visiting your restaurant. By allowing customers to come in knowing that there is not enough food you are committing fraud. The sign on your door clearly stated that you are open till 11pm. We came in at around 10pm so it was not even close to the closing time. Also, we were not the only family there. Others were also complaining. This fraud is more egregious given that most of the families that were there were with tired and hungry children.

Fraud is generally defined in the law as an intentional misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one person to another with knowledge of its falsity and for the purpose of inducing the other person to act, and upon which the other person relies with resulting injury or damage.

Are you generally an a**?? Did you ever stop to think that there workers were tired and wanted to get home to get some rest and spend time with their families???? Have you ever worked in the food service industry???? Get over it - maybe next time you will order from the menu and stop being a j******.
