I signed up a year ago and didn't opt in for automatic renewal. They took it upon themselves to bill my credit card for renewal. I emailed them and asked that they refund my money as they were not authorized to bill my card. They told me I had to cancel membership 30 days prior to the renewal date and no refund would be sent. I joined for one year and never used their service as they couldn't help me the first time I needed them. I guess they can keep doing this as long as they have your credit card number. BEWARE!
