I am writing to complain/dispute an unauthorized charge that was billed to my credit card on 04/22/16 for the amount of $1170.00 by ASKNOW. I had called and spoke to someone name Michael in customer service on 04/22/16 regarding this complaint and asked that my funds be reimbursed in addition to a $40 charge of services not used. I was told that that the $40 that was charged to my bank card on 04/20/16 will be reimbursed. I was told that it will take 48 hours for them to look into the situation and get back to me. Noone ever got back to me.

On 04/20/16, I had requested the asknow representative to email me a receipt of services and amount I would be billed for. I did not receive any email as well as any confirmations and services that I was billed for. After making my complaint over the phone on 04/22/16, I still have not received any email confirmation or phone call.

On 04/20/16, my bank card was charged for $40 during my call with an ASKNOW representative and on 04/21/16, my bank card was charged after my phone call with Psychic for $130 billed to Advisors on Call 4. On 04/22/16, my bank card was charged for the amount of $1170.00 billed to Expert Advise. MY bank was made aware of this unauthorized transaction. My bank and I thought it was stranged that the last transaction was from another bank/company name.

On 04/20/16, I called to request a reading I found online to get a free reading with a promo code. The woman I spoke to offered two options to get readings from two different Psychics and she highly recommended and suggested. The reading I received did not match what the asknow represented promoted. The Psychic was not credible as it was advertised to me.The Psychic did a lot of rambling on the phone and did not appear to be intuitive as it advertised to me. I had to correct him on a several occasions on information that was incorrect. I believe I am a victim of a Fraudulant Act!!!
