Every word that you wrote is exactly what happend to me, but I didn't let it go that far. After I got the "mail failure" notice, I was directed to email my information to a yahoo address. I thought this was fishy so I wrote directly to AskSunday. This was my reply:

Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that this said company and AskSunday.com are not affiliated nor are related in any manner. The said company, by all means is a fraudulant company that has been using our information and rest assured, has been reported to law enforcement agencies/police.
