Purchased a Wall Unit Desk from a retailer by Aspen Home Products. When moving the unit a couple of pieces were lost. Contacted the company for replacement parts. Was told that I could not purchase parts direct--that I had to purchase them from a retailer of their products-prolem is that there is not a retailer of their products in the city where I reside, nor in a city close by.

Recommend that you do not purchase Aspen Home products from your loca furniture store if you are ever going to relocate or are ever going to loose a part.
