An AACC automated phone system has repeatedly called my home phone asking for someone by name. I have no idea who this person is. I called back after the first call and informed the person who I was, that I had never heard of this person, and that my home phone number is listed on the national do not call list. The calls for this person continue.

I had the same problem

AUTHOR: Lori - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 04, 2006

I called back the number listed on my caller ID, asked if I had an account with them (answer:no), and proceeded to tell them that IF they chose to continue to call my number when I was an uninvolved party, they were gonna find out how p*ssy I could get. Funny, I haven't received a phone call since! LOL

I guess sometimes it pays to have PMS, huh?

I am having the same problem with this company. They are continually calling for someone I don't know and have asked them several times to stop calling.

The next time they call, get the state in which they are calling from. File a complaint with the State Atty General's office for violation of the FDCPA (fair debt collections practices act) and for harrassment.
