Asset Acceptance - Bally's Daiwa - Nessa Fox, Debt Collector ripoff SCAM Warren Michigan

I recent got some correspondence from Asset Acceptance attempting to collect a debt of $630.21 they claim I owe from a Bally's gym membership. I called their debt collection department because I have had no dealings with Bally's for nearly 20 years. I asked for a verification of the debt and all the sent me was a repeat of thier first notice. I have sent them a letter and contacted my attorney who will also be sending them a certified letter. When Bally's chose a debt collection agency they sure were scraping the bottom of the barrel when they found Asset Acceptance.
