Asset Recovery Services They did not provide services paid for, and i have a judgement against them to prove it 5739 Kanan Rd. #194 Agoura Hills, CA 91301 Nationwide

These people claimed they could collect on debts owed, and claimed they have 'lawyers in every state' to do so. They also claimed they could settle accounts within 60-90 days. They charged me over $5K , asking for an immediate check picked up by fed-ex

After a year of excuses , no lawyer ,court location, or docket i fired them , threatened them with whatever consumer protective agencies i could , as well as won a judgement in court against them.  (apparently their lawyer in my particular state was too busy to respond)

They are predators in the first degree, and i am actively looking for others who they have abused for a class action suit
