Assetcare.inc requesting i pay a bill 12 years old sent mail and keeps calling i have spoken to them requesting a copy of the bill from 1995 explaining that i moved out in nov of 1994 they are rude and abuseive Norcross Georgia

i received a letter in the mail and have had them call me ongoing,iv'e called them back requesting proof of the original bill,have not received it and every time i call they are rude and abusive a keep saying you owe a bill pay it! this "bill is over 12 years old" and i told them i would not pay it with out proof i owed it then said so you refuse to pay it?...no i will not pay it with out proof that i owe it! round and round. i don't know how to stop this harrasement.
