I am an owner in another part of the World. These people in Kelowna do not pay me on time. Always some sort of lame excuse. Fired them today. Scam Company. All they do is take the cash from both the owners and the renters. It is one big cash grab in Kelowna BC where they have 12.5% of their people out of work. I am selling my house there and dropping all my dealings with Canadian Crooks. Associated Property Management equals renting for dollars. They only want the commissions.
