Associated Supply Company Said they would send "trial" inks for our printer at thier expense and then sent a bill for everything Las Vegas, although phone call was from Lenexa, KS Nevada

My wife got a call from Lenexa, KS about 5/2/2013 and she was told that thier company refilled and sold "Quality" ink refills for Personal PC Printers!! Then, they told her they would send some "test trial" inks (4 ct.) "on them" and when it was delivered by Fedex 2 or 3 days later, we decided NOT to open it since there was NO return adress or shipping address except for thecity of Lenexa, KS. We sent it back(?) on 5/6/2013

Today, 5/10/2013; we recieved a "bill" that has the words "Attn: Accounts Payable" with our adress on it (I haven't opened it because I know it is Bogus) and also says: "Bill To:" through the Envelope window!!!

We are both on Disability and do not need someone to harrass us for some bill that was never discussed so I hope to get this resolved quickly before they get any further!!
