This is a well-known resource among people who are into computers and I'm just giving you all a head's up about their accountability.
I purchased some sort of hacker's toolkit from their website and never got it. I tried to contact them several times and they haven't returned my emails. It might be futile to report them to CCnow, their credit card processor, so I'm just going to warn you. It is annoying spending $30 on a DVD and never getting it. I has been 7 months now and I haven't received anything but a confirmation email saying that it was on it's way.

They finally sent the DVD! I received it in the mail on 12/11/04. That is approximately 8 months after the order notification but I am happy.
This problem most likely could have been avoided if I wasn't between addresses at the time. I had the item sent to a friend's address and then she moved out a month later.

They finally sent the DVD! I received it in the mail on 12/11/04. That is approximately 8 months after the order notification but I am happy.
This problem most likely could have been avoided if I wasn't between addresses at the time. I had the item sent to a friend's address and then she moved out a month later.
