I paid for two reports that I never received. I contacted through email that told me my payment wasn't processed. I checked with my bank, the money was withdrawn. I contacted them 4 more times state nvg my payment had been deducted from my account on the specific date. I haven't received a reply yet. I contacted them again asking for customer service or refund. Still haven't heard anything.
