I checked my bank account this morning and there was an UNauthorized bank debit transaction for $10.65. I tried calling the phone number and all I seem to get is a recording. Emailing them doesn't work either. I was told by my bank that I would have to have a new debit card and fill out dispute papers. How can people possibly get this kind of information??
