Nearly ten years has passed and I want to express my heart on this update.

Sam works for Satan and was assigned the task of luring me into further dismay.

I rather have Allah than diamonds and gold.

I want to go to heaven, and you are helping Allah see my heart.

Thank you, I was blinded by anger...Too angry to see the plan.

Sam is a man that doesnt fear Allah.

I fear Allah. I live for Allah.

Sam takes Allah as a joke.....

This is really happening. I woke up and just wanted to clear this up with yoy once and for all.

I want Allah to use me to teach people like sam to be better human beings.

I want you to know how much Allah loves you because you have air in your lungs.

I have come a long way to tell you to surrender to Allah before its too late.

Dont continue to attempt to ridicule me. We both know righteousness. Pretend all you want, I know "Sam" is not your given name. You are no better than I in Allahs eyes.

This is the first day of the rest of my life, I shall start with dismissing my pain over what you did to me and my family.

I release you and your family from this tragedy....

You have no idea how ragedy your thieve crew left my truck on the ground...so disrespectful. It was so violent looking...

I DID NOT DESERVE THIS!

Sam stole my truck, the rims my laptop, kids records and baby pics.

Although gone..pics arent forgotten.

People, its all material!

Material possessions will make people hate you. Hate is Satan's work. 

Why else would Sam rob me?

At the time beautiful is overstatement...but sorry; I have never been a Prostitute. Being attractive hurts sometimes.

In this case Sam robbed me because it seemed easy...perhaps like no one would care?.

Satan fooled Sam to believe his future health wouldn be affected.

Now, if Sam doesnt take all of his pills he cant work. 

When you forsake Allah what would you expect?

My childrens records show Atayas as the company that stole our vital records.

As reported to Davis P.D. Atayas is on the map.

So after passing by this establishment I watched in anger so many Atayas Motors cars atound Sacramento.

I stopped telling people and internalized the pain.

The shame of being robbed, it intimately close to the heart.

My heart hurt from the pain for years, I fight tears to write this. This is therapeutic I feel the years of pain and anguish I carried leaving my  body .

I own an operate a better more sound mind because of you Sam.

Trust is now earned because of this tragedy, I maintained this Yukon well and it is the most dependable in my community after all these years.

 It is too bad some people use their first amendment rights to slander business's for doing nothing except what any business has to do as part of their business dealings. It seems pretty clear this person bought something they could not afford. He stated he had credit issues. Seems like Sam did an excellent job getting this person financed with questional credit. Sam is not the finance company, people seem to forget that.

My neice needed a dependable car to go from Sacramento to Los Angeles where she was going to start law school. The car was going to be making trips back and forth plus the daily commute to school in the Los Angeles area. She had never met Sam and didn't know anything about Ataya's motors. She met Sam and told him what she wanted. Sam worked for her and found her the perfect car. When she came to look at the car she said its perfect, but I can't drive a stick shift. Sam went right back to work and in a few days found her the car she wanted. Between the two of them they struck a deal and she bought the car.

She made six trips between Sacramento and Los Angeles the first year and racked up plenty of local miles in L.A. All she did to the car was change the oil and filter every three thousand miles. Nothing else needed attention. As she was going to school one morning, someone ran a red light and T-boned her car. It was totalled, but she came out of it in good shape. Here's the part that hard to understand. She had the car about 15 months and when she received the insurance settlement check it was for $1000.00 more than Sam had sold the car for, 15 month earlier.

Sam should file a rip off report on himself as she made money on the car he sold her.

It is truly a shame that reports filed against a business, are always of the negitatve brand. No one ever hears about things like the above, until now.

Pure and simple Sam is a business man. He is also the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back.

My uncle is reffered to as my man because that what everyone calls him "man". He took great offense being called "SugarDaddy" when he merely loaned me the money because he helped negotiate the price of my Yukon and also had to go make it very plain within hours of my truck theft that I needed the truck to transport my children, he pleaded for it's safe return, they left it on it's rotors and damaged my entire electrical system.  All the money in the world is not worth dissappointing your higher power.

Also I manage my funds well, I was in the process of moving and had intended on bringing the balance left up to date once we came back from Yolo county, I relayed this information on Sam's voicemail, but before I could he had it repo'd. I am so disgusted with Sam's lies and acqusations, I just pray someone else does'nt have to suffer like we did. I no longer enjoy my Yukon, its just hollowed out now.

So I say again, I have a job and make good money, Sam just was greedy and dishonest regarding our payment structure. Also Manny DID NOT WANT ME TO HAVE THOSE 22's. They made that abundantly clear. I am not a deadbeat, I never expected to drive off in a stolen vehicle, as a County employee GTA is not an option. I am no criminal. Ataya Auto are the criminal ring. As for my challenged credit?, my I.D had been stolen and I had to have a new Drivers License number given to me by DMV.

You people that judge me better recognize this could have been your horror story just as easily as it is mine. Of course I filed a police report with Davis Police Dept twice!!

  So when I was looking a buying a Truck, From Atayas Motors. I made sure that I did every Possible research on the business: Compliant, Ratings and also the other research I could Find about the company. When I came across the Comment from the crazy person and there ridiculous comment about the lady loosing her Yukon, cause they couldnt make the payments. OMG is what I can say about that customer. Well the very first place, lead me to do research for any complaints about the Company, Would be the Better Business Bureau. Well after looking up the company on the BBB. Atayas Motors has A+ Rating with ZERO real complaints in the last 36 months.

  So after Speaking with Sam the Owner of the Company about my concerns, questions about the Company plus the Process of the business on where they get there vehicles from. Asking him why I should do business with Atayas instead of going to another car lot on Fulton Ave? Sam was completely honest with the concerns and questions that I had, showing me the facts. Sam went out of his way to make sure that I got Vehicle History Report plus also allowing me to take the truck to a service advisor to look over the truck and make sure that Im getting a truck for what is really worth.

  After Everything I have been completely satisfied with the customer service that I received from Sam and also Atayas Motors and the rest of the Crew. If theres anything that I would do at is point. Im would refer EVERYONE I know to buy a Vehicle with them. I got nothing but direct honesty with everyone their.

  So to go back to the crazy Complaint that the pervious person had to say on the site, Sam keeps nothing but ever single piece of paperwork about every vehicle he has and also sold. Its called Repo Company that came and got your Yukon that you cant afford. So I could totally understand if you cant make your payments, then you dont deserve a Yukon that you cant afford. Plus if youre going to put in the fact that you have 7 special needs adopted children, and then maybe should reconsider the fact that you just made a direct threat over the internet, which is a FEDERAL AFFENCE, so you should be more concerned about you children and making sure that they have a good home. What kind of person are you that youre going to act like a child over the internet. Sorry but there is no need to make your children victims because of your mistakes in life. Also if youre going to but in the fact that you had all of your kids SSN, laptop and person belongings in the vehicle. Hello this is 2009 with ID theft is on the raise, you should know better to keep anything important at home in a safe. Plus if its that bad its called police report to get your person belonging back.

 So after Writing this all. I still feel VERY satisfied with buying a truck thru Atayas Motors and with Sam. So the next time you need to buy any kind of vehicle. Please check out Atayas Motors. Thank you for taking your time for reading a real complement.

After reading this I was alarmed and I had to ask all the questions at the dealership.
I found out the following:
1) The cas was reposessed since payemnts were not made (I was shown proof)
2) After reposession, a sugar daddy showed up with the complainer and paid the remainder balance. The Pink slip was signed and turned over to the registered owner. I Did have to verify and they showed me a copy of the pink slip with a bill of sale!
3) If you really were burgalrized then you should have filed a police report which you did not.
4) If items were stolen you should have listed their serial number! description etc in a police report. This tells me you are not telling the truth

I ended buying a car, brought it back few times and they addressed any issues i had and one of them was clearly my mistake.

Since anyone can claim anything, I felt it is important to list my real experience with this dealiership. It is unfair to slander and use racist remarks. It does not take intelligence to do that. It only takes low self esteem.
