ATC Tech Solutions ATC RIPOFF COMPANY REFUSE TO PAY AFTER WORK IS COMPLETE, Internet
*Consumer Comment: ATC Tech Solutions
*General Comment: ATC Tech Solutions is good...
This company will presuade you to do a job for them, appearing legitimate with contract and everything, but once the job is complete they want to renegotiate the rate while refusing to pay you for the signed and completed bill by customer. But will bill the customer for the time customer signed for.

I have been working with ATC tech solutions for over 3 years and they have been nothing but professional and courtious. Their jobs come from reputable companies well-known in the telecommunications industries. I have had no issues and continue to do business with them to this day.

I've been subcontracting for ATC for years and I've never had a problem working with them that couldn't be worked around. I make mistakes occasionally when billing them and they make mistakes occasionally with their paperwork. They are very nice to work with and we've always been able to work out problems. I can only assume that the person that wrote the original report had a total breakdown in communication about what was expected and/or what rates or rules applied.
For instance, If I contract for a 3 hour job and I spend 8 hours on it, then I'd darn well better let ATC and/or the customer know that I'm going over or be prepared to accept a lower payment.
As far as I know, they are very legitimate and they keep their word.
