ATG Stores - Lightining Universe - Allied group i returned a lamp and the company is refusing to refund my money kirkland , Washington

on 1/6 I purchased a lamp from ATG stores.  when the lamp arrived it looked nothing like the one in the online photo.   Also I could not assemble the lamp due to some defect.  After email the company about needing to return the lamp i was told to wait for instructions.  finally on 1/20 i was sent a rma number and information that i would not get $83.31 of my money back to cover shipping and restocking the item.   the lamp was mailed back on 1/20.  As of 5/4 i have received no refund and the company is stating that they need a tracking number to refund me.  I did not track the package.
