Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company will not honor their warranty policies to the consumer, but for them to get out of honoring them. There is never a product defect, its always an overheating issue. My vehicle was fixed at a dealership and sent back to them by the dealership with the product defect. They said there was no defect but an overheating issue. After arguing my case it was just a waste of breaths. Whatever you do do not buy anything from them!!! They are very understanding when they want your money, but disrespectful when it time to honor their warranty.

It's legitimate if that's the cause of the problem. They use this excuse no matter what the problem is to get out of replacing the parts. If they replace the parts then they are on the hook for the labor cost.

Overheating is Legitimate

Overheating is legitimate in my experience, and causes about 75% of engine failures.
This is, however, why heat tabs are a must. Head gaskets can deteriorate over time and look like an overheat at first glance - but heat tabs do not lie.
