It's been at least 5 years and this broke assist realtor named Robert Whitfield of Roswell Georgia prides himself (lol) on being the state's top agent.  He swears he has sold more homes than anyone, however thst isn't the case. It's so easy to pull his background,  which is what I should have done in the beginning before allowing him to scam me out of thousands of dollars.

A few years ago, he even tried to pull my credit report online. Thankfully, I am a subscriber to credit monitoring services and I was promptly notified of this when he unsuccessfully tried to answer one of my identity questions wrong. That's when he turned to social media and reached out to a co-worker.

He still performs online searches for me using the only name he is familiar with. He and his wife, Hania Sudymont Whitfield, run their scam from their home in  Roswell.

He doesn't have a physical office location like he pretends to have. Lately he has been posting on Quora.com as well as a host of other websites desperately trying to promote a skill he simply doesn't have.

At the end of the day, he is not well known in North Georgia or in the real estate world at all. He has never been listed in Forbes or any other magazine or periodical for that matter. Do your homework, thoroughly.  The guy needs to sell himself, but he is nothing more than a scam artist. I still have hard copies of everything he has posted online, including the phony contract he created. I still haven't heard from this lawyer of his that he has threatened me with numerous times with throughout the years though, but then again I remember he couldn't even pay his bills  (bankrupt) so how could he pay another lawyer?
