Atlantic One, Gwen Hill & Danielle Hall Manager Fraud, all statements are false Ripoff Milford Delaware

Gwen Hill contacted me in early Febuary to apply for a secure credit card with a minimum of $1500 credit limit. And no annual fees or processing fees or no renewal fees if I give them $319 up front to process a card. They then told me they would find a company that would except my credit with the guaruntees they offered me. I continued to contact them Bi-weekly to check the status and every time I spoke with Danielle Hall the manager everytime and she would let me know that it was still being reveiwed or to look for the card application that required my signature in the mail. And if I wasnt sure it was through them to call. I recieved a application 2days ago from First Premier Bank, asking for a $39 processing fee, and a credit limit of $50. I called Atlatic One again and again spoke with Danielle Hall and told her this was not the agreement and this was not what I allowed then to debit my account for and she told me to bad. She continued to tell me the money is gone and theres nothing I can do about it!
