This company is selling subpar electronics to consumers and federal agencies. They sold me a 2.5" HD Dashcam with Auto-Record & Nightvision that was dead on arrival. I attempted to contact them back in May 2013 and could not get through. I was deployed for a year and it has not been a year since I bought their garbage dashcam. Upon my return, I was finally able to contact someone and ask for an exchange. explaining to them that I was deployed and they were hard to contact. They responded that they really didn't care about deployments, our our troops or consumers for that matter and that the warranty expired. I am not only going to report them to the GSA of the United States, but to all vet groups, the FCC and anyone else who will hear how they treat people trying to help this country. I will never buy another product from them and you shouldn't either.

They have agreed to extend the warranty due to my deployment and was a direct result of the manufacturer's choice. At this time I consider the matter closed
