atlas lending group Scammed out of down payment for the loan calabasas , California

My boyfriend and I applied to this company and they told us to send them 450 dollars to get the loan started to get a loan for 5000 dollars. They told us we did not qualify and needed an additional 250 dollars. When we decided not to go with that option they promised to refund our 450 dollars. They said we would get our refund back in 20 business days. When we did not get it we tried to call and the number was disconnected. Apparently they've been doing this to other people. Some people including me have reported them to the BBB. So please do not respond to this company.
