Atlas Van Line Agent ARC Moving and Hauling Storage and Moving Company Stole/Lost items "Big Ticket" and "Sentimental" Oakland Park, Florida

We used Atlas - specifically John the owner of the company to move out of a townhouse in Fort Lauderdale and store furniture and many boxes for one year until we moved into our new home and then had them delivery our goods to the new location.  After unpacking, A flat screen plasma TV, 2 leather dinning room chairs, priceless artwork and boxes of clothes, and many sentimental things that can never be replaced were not deliverd.  There were also deliveries to our house that were not ours - but somebody elses stuff.  We asked to go through his warehouse to try to recover our things and were denied.  We asked for a refund of the CASH that he insisted we pay with and were denied.  The police were called and reports were made. Not only did we not receive many pieces but the movers damaged our furniture and broke glasses and fine china as well as left out front yard a mess of plastic water bottles and tape and crushed a tree on our tree lawn with there truck.  They also complained about moving our items to the second floor and my husband had to carry furniture up the stairs while they watched.

Resolution Sought: Allow us to recover the items that are ours that are irreplaceable....the sentimental items.  I don't care about the replaceble items, such as the TV.  I want access to his warehouse that is a pile of boxes in one small room (which I have pictures of) that is intertwined with many other peoples stored belongings. My money refunded for the years storage and moving fee.
