AtoZ Theme Requested refund of $77.00 denied. Offered partial refund of $38.40. Internet

I requested a refund from AtoZ Theme by calling the phone number listed on my bank statement. I reached a company called 24/7 Support Services and they found the record of the transaction and they said the website owners (AtoZ theme) would only allow a partial refund of $34.40.
This is totally unacceptable because the payment I made was $77.00 and I want a FULL refund of that amount. I had no idea this company was a scam.
