ATT said they provide HIGH SPEED internet service yet consistently I had slow speeds.  Over the last two years I have contracted with ATT to provide services of 10mbps to 18mbps yet I often received only 1 to 2mbps quality.  I complained via phone and through their technical support people.  Finally after two years of complaining and having service technicians out here they admitted that they were never able to provide speeds that I had contracted for and paid for already.  Clearly, a breach of contract, false advertising and dubious business practices.  If there is a lawyer out there I would love for you to contact me so these crooks can be nailed for this.  Thanks!
