ATT Wirelss att mobility incompetent customer service charlotte amalie Nationwide

On a trip to the dominican republic. i used my network adapter just as a test upon arrival.  sure enough it worked at a speed equivalent to dial-up. it took me 2 tries to finally get my mail.  my bill indicated 90.00 of international roaming charges for 4 mbytes of data. Att refuses to adjust my bill unless, and stole an extra bill pay from account(71.00). My bill went from a 71.00cr to over $80.  since then I have asked them to cancel my service, again refusing.  speaking to managers is a complete waste of time.  I suggest externally reeporting them to gov't agencies, credit bureaus, and people like rip-off to put them in their place.
