Attorney John carter Sent me an email stating I received 300 payday loan that I did not pay back and if I don't pay 650 they will use my SMS number to black ball me from all banks and that I will owe them ten thousand dollars in court fees Tallahassee Florida

I just do not want this man to contact me or threaten to sue me over money I did not use. this person is claiming I took a 300 dollar payday loan on August 22 and I never paid it back. i will allow this man to threaten me over something that is not true or destroy my life by reporting such lies. IWeill not send any money to them nor will I allow myself to be scammed .I want to be left alone. they have all of my information and can use it against me. I just want to be left alone this is why I'm filing this report
