I used to work for this woman, Karen Ilene Rose.

She was a psychotic mess and I left after a couple of months.

She was a former public "defender" (more like public pretender) for Riverside County. However, Riverside county got rid of her, after they discovered that she had committed forgery on several documents. They didn't press charges on the condition that she just leave. In other words, they fired her and told her to just keep her mouth shut.

Then she went into private practice, in which she cheated most of her clients and extorted money from them.

She's an alcoholic and a desperate person.

I was Googooling her and came across this site.

It doesn't surprize me that she came here and further destroyed her so-called "career" by posting case info on a former client and slandering the client. That's the type of person Karen Rose is--a phony and malicious bytch who will throw anyone under the bus just to put herself first.

Nobody ever accused her of being intelligent.

Then she went on Avvo.com, one of the biggest scam sites around, and posted her own pretend reviews to try to make herself look good.

I can say, with certainty, that everyone knows that Avvo.com is a joke and has gone the way of Yelp.com, in that nobody trusts these sites, precisely because lawyers can pay these sites to post anything they want.

Lousy try, Karen.

Nobody trusts Avvo.com.

But you just go ahead and keep paying that site, if it makes you feel better.

Her husband dumped and divorced her because she tried to stab him with her cuticle cutters while he was in the shower, bcause she had been told he was cheating on her. Most women, when discovering that their spouses have cheated, will file for divorce. But Karen Rose ( a "lawyer") elected to try to stab him instead. So he divorced her. Good. He literally dodged a bullet.

I worked for her for two months too long, so I know the type of person she is. Anyone else, especially an attorney who should know better, would react to negative reviews by striving to make things better and thus create a better career for him or herself. But this "lawyer" turns vicious and actually makes things a million times worse by publicly throwing her clients under the bus--on the internet.

What a wack job.

I previously felt sorry for her when she called me and begged me to write a falsely "good" post. Now I regret it.

Here is the truth:

Karen Rose is an excellent attorney.   She cares about her clients and will fight for you.  I have hired Karen Rose for both a criminal case and dependency case, both of which are now in the process of being settled in my favor.  If had not been for Karen Rose I would not only have lost my child but I would also be in jail.  Karen Rose cares about the well being of her clients.   She took my case over the phone and even though I had very little ti pay her, she started working in my case immediately. She is the only attorney that will go above and beyond for her clients.   She is honest, trustworthy and the epitome of what a good person should be.  Thank you.

Obviously, as ever person who visits this site can see, she is very unstable.

What kind of attorney, who cares about her career, would go on such public sites and post sensitive case info on her clients?

Karen Rose. An attorney, a crappyy attorney who cares nothing about her career, because she has NO career.

Attorney Karen Rose is a drunk and a drug addict who cannot maintain herself for even a second.

Due to her misconduct and prohibited and indeed very illegal actions of having come here and bullied a client and having posted case info (a very stupid move), the client in question, on the urging of very many people in the LEGAL COMMUNITY, in mid June 2014, submitted a complaint to the BAR Association on Attorney Karen Rose.

The BAR Association then interviewed Karen Rose (during the interview, Ms. Rose was drunk) and, in September 2014, decided to formally discipline her.

There you have it, proof positive that Karen Rose is a screwed up lawyer with no skills, no honesty, and NO ethics.

Attorney Karen Rose now has a record of discipline in her file.

Do NOT hire this attorney for any reason.

Okay, so I'm Attorney Karen Rose and I want to make a few things clear. 

So I do have a few drinks before court, so what?

Am I the only lawyer who does that?

Come on.

As for having done unethical things here on Ripoffreport.com and on other site, so what?

Yes, that individual did report me to the California BAR Association and now they have issued me a Warning Letter and placed it in my file.

Oh well, I'm not going to be intimidated by some BAR Association jerks.

And I'm also making it clear NOW and ALWAYS for my past and future clients:

You better not file any complaints against me because I WILL come back here and post all of your private information and I WILL divulge all of your case information.

I refuse to let some BAR peons cow me into not doing what I feel like doing.

Oh well, and that's that.

I hate more than half my clients, anyways.

They make me sick.

I'm tired of pretending to be professional and so on.

Screw my clients and their legal problems. Maybe if they paid more, I wouldn't be posting this crappp. But as it stands, any client that makes any complaints about me will see ALL OF THEIR SENSITIVE CASE INFO RIGHT HERE, front and center.

Go ahead, fire me like the other ones all did.

Attorney Karen Rose is a JOKE and not worth hiring. In fact, she will do more damage to a case and to her unfortunate cleints( victims) than anything else--not withstanding other corrupt lawyers in her circle of co-defendants.

Karen Rose, you are a despicable, lying, detestable woman and you should give up your joke of a law degree.

You have showed yourself up by coming to one of the most public sites and popular forums and, by your own hands, have committed career suicide. You have got to be one of the stupidest human beings EVER. You, YOURSELF, had the gall to come here and publicly reveal case info about a client! From all that I (and the rest of the world) have read here, alone, I can tell that that client was and is a very decent, good person who, like so many other women in a bad relationship, got caught up with a loser biyfriend and the loser biyfriend then hired a filthy, crooked lawyer (Arthir Corona) who whored himself out for the money and has tried to make this (former) client of your miserable. She had no funds to hire a good attorney, so she reached out to a last-ditch lazy, lying crook like you, Ms. Rose, and that's all she wrote...

But I'm sure she hasn't let it get her down and that she's intelligent enough to do much better.

I hope that that client writes a FORMAL COMPLAINT to the BAR Association about you--in fact, I will take it upon myself to locate and inform this former client of yours about the horrendously unethical and illegal move that you pulled here and I will advise her to file the complaint.

After this, I cannot imagine any one who would want to hire you in any capacity--or will you be spewing some lies to a potential client, in order to get him/her to hire you IN PITY?

Additionally, from the testimonies of so many other unhappy people, about you, it is evident that you are a lonely divorcee, a miserable old alcoholic and a LOSER. So many losers running around in this world, and you're just another one of them.

A law degree can be bought--that never made anyone a lawyer. It's integrity and dignity and hard work and at least trying to play by the rules that makes someone an attorney--something that you'll never be.

"Attorney" Karen Rose is one of the worst attorneys and indeed incompetent.

It's a wonder how she even calls herself an attorney. Attorney Karen Rose was a nightmare, the entire time I worked for her. She demanded that I repeatedly do thins that she and I both knew were unthical and very much out of line. Several times I witnessed her threaten her clients and demand more money that was not entitled to. If the clients could not pay her more, she would call the opposing party and divulge cinfidential information!

This woman was a horror. I immediatly quit and went to work for a reputable law firm.

I could not deal with her illegal antics and hijinks anymore.

By the way, all those phony "glowing"  client testimonials" on her own website are totally false. Those are not even clients. Karen Rose falsely generated those reviews herself. Afterall, it's her website, so she has the capability to do whatever she wants on the website. I know this for a fact, because I was working for her when she did it and I was there watching her.

Attorney Karen Rose is not quite right in the head and can be quite unstable at times.

Stop falsely naming others and claiming that the reports about you are not true. Take responsibility for your failures and work to make them right, instead of shifting blame on others and joining the hate bandwagon. Your behavior is that of a two-year old, rather than that of an old woman your age. You're far far too old to conducting yourself in this manner. By the way, we investigated attorney Arthur Corona and he is a lazy attorney with a rather shoddy record and plenty of  former clients who he has also lied to, cheated, wronged, and hardly the type of lawyer anyone would ever pay and hire. But then, it only makes sense that someone with an equally low-quality of work, such as yourself, would defend him.

well if he supposedly had a case, then why did you supposedly agree to represent this other person?

And if anything whatsoever that you claimed was true, then why did you agree to represent someone who never signed a retainer agreement? Either you're lying about this past client of yours or you are slandering her.

This all goes to prove that this individual was smart enough to know what an unethical scumbag you are and refused to have you represent her or she knew better than to sign a retainer agreement and again, she did not want you to represent her. Either way, you are not authorized to disclose information about her, yet you have. The person who filed the report on this web site and the prior report against me is a woman named Teresa Arasheben who files report after report on this web site to complain about numerous attorneys, including those who represented her and those who represented the opposing party. 

First, she never paid me any money and it cost me over $400.00 to represent her.  Second, I only agreed to see her at my office because she informed me on our initial phone call that she did not have any money right now but would get some at the end of the month.  Then when she came to my office with about 3 inches of documents, I felt sorry for her and agreed to only appear at the Restraining Order Hearing and only at a second hearing if the matter was continued or needed another court date. 

Once Ms. Arasheben was in my office she made it clear that she could not pay me and despite my better judgment, I agreed to assist her and not get paid.  I send her a Retainer Agreement which clearly said that I was representing her at the RO Hearing only and if the RO hearing got continued then I would represent her only at the continued hearing.

The night before the hearing, I informed her as I do every client that I would be in court between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and she made me promise that I would be present at the hearing.  I told her that I would be there no matter what even though she did not sign the retainer agreement. 

The client filed a Restraining Order against an attorney who represented her ex-boyfriend in a Family Law case.  The attorney's name is Author Corona.  Mr. Corona filed a Restraining Order againt Ms. Arasheben first due to her threatening violence action agaisnt Mr. Corona for representing the ex-boyfriend in a custody battle.  Ms. Arasheben did not inform me that her RO was filed after Mr. Corona's was filed. 

At the court hearing on the Restraining Order, the Judge informed the parties that he would be doing both RO hearings at the hearing.  First, the Court heard my client's restaining order case against Mr. Corona.  My client testified and was subject to cross examination by the opposing counsel.  I assisted my client by arguing very strenuously to a judge who did not find my client's story credible.  The Court ruled against my client and for the opposing side who was an attorney.

When the Judge heard the evidence against my client, even after I was done cross-examining Mr. Corona and his witness, the Judge found the witnesses more credible and ruled in favor of Mr. Corona.  Ms. Arasheben had a hearing and was able to present evidence.   She failed to understand that the facts were not in her favor and she would still have lost even with a high profile and paid attorney.

I have won numerous trials and hearings in my 16 years of experience practicing law.
