I wish to dispute the ridiculous claims of this so-called "attorney": Karen Rose, BAR NUMBER: 190***.

Karen Rose, you are a blight and shame in the legal community. How dare you give attorneys a bad name by coming here and retaliating against your own client by posting her case info and commiting slnader and libel on this clients?

Talk about taking responsibility for your own mistakes... YOU are the only one who cannot take responsibility for YOUR evil mistakes, becuase you're stupid enough to come to public sites and post client case info and make YOURSELF look like the utter idiot that you are.

After this, no wonder you cannotget any clients. NO ONE would ever hire you after seeing what you have done!

You are a truly sick and evil woman. I cannot even call you an "attorney." I would insulting myself andmy colleagues, if I did.

Now here is the clincher:

I was in court the day in question and I saw it all.

And I am attesting to the fact that you are a LIAR and a con srtist.

First off, in March 2014, that was NO "judge."

That wa s leazy traffic court commissioner by the name of Jeffrey Harkavy.

As for deeming your clients "uncredible," well he never did that.

Furthermore, Harkavy happened to know the opposing party personally, which he did not declare and di not take himself off of the case, as he should have. THAT IA WHY HE HAS SINCE THEN BEEN REMOVED FROM THE CASE, BY THE PRESIDING JUDGE.

And you're a stupid so-called :lawyer," for not having your facts straight and not doing the adequate follow-up on this case, before coming here and drunkenly blabbing publicly about your client.

So, you see, you really are  DRUNK and an addict, just as the other reviewers have stated about you.

And you are a thief.

I have been contacted by several of your past clients who have told me the same things about you.

You also go on Avvo.com and post your own phony "good" reviews.

And the reason that Avvo.com allows you to that, is because:

1). Avvo.com is a site that takes money from attorneys who subscribe to it, and allows attorneys to post thier own fake reviws. Plain and simple.

2).And we all know that Avvo.com is one of the most untrusted sites to use to view and hire an attorney. It's a joke of a site and consumers have caught on to the scam and no longer trust it.

Then you've also gone on Vimeo.com and posted a video to promote yourself. Well that says nothing about what your former clients think about you. See, formae clients cannot post revies on Vimeo.com, so that's just a sleazy little self-promotion site and any old lawyer can do that, so that means nothing.

Karen Rose, you need to take responsibility for your own major screw ups, because you stand the very possible chance of eventually becoming disbarred.

"Attorney " Karen Rose, of Los Angeles, California, is clearly an unstable and unbalanced woman and does not possess the skills or professionalism to handle any cases.

I feel that the public needs to be aware of these things, because she can very possibly victimize more people and that is a travesty of justice.

Again this is the same person who wrote 3 prior reports.  She keeps trying to pretend she is a different client of mine and is making things up on this website.  Unfortunately, Ripoff Report refuses to take down any posting and I would have to pay money to prove that these allegations are false.  

For now, I am leaving it up to the readers. You decide.  I have never been disciplined by the state bar and if I was, it would be on my bar record and you could find it by searching the state bar website and looking up my name.  I was a court appointed lawyer in dependency court and in criminal court.  I started my own practice in 2013 and have very few clients and most of them are satisfied with my work.  That is why I know that these reports on Ripoff Report are false.  None of these are from my other clients.

Again this is from Teresa Arasheben.  Thank you for ruining my career.  Good job - you won.  You should be really proud of the fact that you ruined the career of a divorced mom of two special needs children.  

I really wish you could take some responsibility for your actions.  Why do you hate me so much that you are willing to make it impossible for me to get new clients.  It cost me over $400.00 to represent you and you did not even pay me.  I have no other clients that are mad at me and who would write such awful and untruthful facts about me on numerous websites.

So I did not return your 25 calls on the weekend after your hearing.  Did it ever occur to you that I was ill.  None of my current clients would expect me to call them back on a weekend unless it was a true emergency.  You did not even leave a message.

The fact that I refused to handle an appeal on your case is not malpractice and is good lawyering. Any lawyer that tells you that they would write an appellate brief on your case when their retainer agreement clearly states that appeals are not part of the representation and informs the client that they don't practice appealate law is making sure that they will not face a malpractice lawsuit.  

The fact that you lost at your hearing is not my fault and you know that.  The Judge plainly and clearly said that you were not credible and he believed the other side.  Stop blaming me for losing your hearing.  The facts were not on your side and any other judge would rule the same way, no matter how good your attorney was.  

Attorneys are not miracle workers.  We cannot change bad facts into good facts.
