Attorney Leon - LIHEAP uses tiffany_janvier tiffany_janvier contacted me about the LIHEAP Program and wanted me to contact Leon for the LIHEAP Program 

Tiffany Janvier is my niece. Her Facebook name is Tiffany Janvier. I received a message from tiffany_janvier. I thought it was my real niece. She stated that she was a recipient of LIHEAP program and she encourged me to apply. She gave me 2 numbers  256-649-7882 and 469 269-0014 to contact an Attorney named Leon.  I contacted him and he replied. I filled out his information and he said I qualified for 1 of 13 choices .

I took the 25k he said there was a $1000  delivery and insurance fee involved. Mean while tiffany_janvier was following up with me. I actually believed it was her. She recommended that I pay the fee. Once He got it he said my package would be arriving the next day at  10:30am. At 11:00 I had not recieve the package. He stated that the IRS was preventing Fedex from releasing the package and it would cost $3000 to have them release it.

He told me that if I paid the $3000 dollars that the money would be released. I tiffany_janvier contacted me trying to get updates, when I told him that he needed $3000 more, she recommened that I should pay the money. I told her and him that I am not paying the $3000 dollars. They proceeded to both text me on and off about paying. tiffany_janvier stated that she was willing to pay $2000 of it and all I had to do was come up with the other $1000. Again I stated that I was not going to pay the money
