I used her a few months ago. Unprepared, uncaring, and seemed to never really know what my case was about. I know lawyers are really busy but I dont think it should take 3 weeks each time to get an answer out of her. It was a huge mistake hiring her and I wish I had looked around. They say you get what you pay for but I paid a lot to her and got very very little.
