I purcahsed DSL in Sept. of 2006. I sent my rebate in almost immediately after I recieved it. It is now Mar. 2007 and I have recievied no rebate. I talked to them two weeks ago and I was told that the rebate has been sent. I talked to them today (Mar. 6) and they said they have never recieved my rebate and it has now expired and there is nothing they can do about it. I asked to talk to a manager and was told that managers do not take phone calls. These people are the biggest cheats and liars I have ever had to do business with.
