"In reference to the posting by, "Berlin Family Staff Advisor," which was posted on July 24, 2009.  First and foremost, for anyone who reads this, I have reported the posting to the proper authorities.  It is very clear that the "Berlin Family Staff Advisor" has done little more than ATTEMPT to instill fear in the 8 people who have pursued justice in a diligent and professional manner against Mr. Berlin.  These attempts to persuade  victims into not continuing to pursue justice against Mr. Berlin will not go unaddressed.  Not only has the writer of the posting defamed Mr. John Barragan, and myself, but they have also attempted to interfere with the court of law, by posing threats of lawsuits against the eight of us if we do not hinder our perseverance to seek criminal charges against Mr. Berlin.  Mr. Berlin is being charged with multiple felony accounts.  THAT can be verified through the court system.  I now intend to pursue this individual's posting as a defamation of character against me, as well as an attempt to interfere with the current criminal prosecution against Mr. Berlin.  Tampering with a witness is against the law, as is defamation of character.  If you are literate and able to read the particular posting by "Berlin Family Staff Advisor," it will become very evident that this writer has VERY POOR grammar, and lacks any type of professionalism in representing ANYONE. 

I found a couple of areas of the posting to be accurate, and those accuracies are the following:

The second accuracy is this:

I agree with the writer on both of those statements. Since the very inception of the fraudulent scam that Mr. Berlin pulled on me, I have fought for justice in bringing criminal action against Mr. Berlin.  I will NOT retreat from this pursuit until justice is sought.

You should also know the current detective causing this law suit Jon Barragan is being investigated by Internal Affairs Division the company that hired him. We received this information from a letter from Chief Bratton a few weeks ago.

Jon Barragan has turned this law suit into total lies of his own creation and or his possible staff helping him create them. To give you a better idea 4 counts charged on Mr. Berlin have been dropped from the list of 15 counts.

Audrey Ruttan called us and said Mr. Barragan was here and been bothering me for weeks on end!

He wanted her to lie on the stand about Mr. Berlin and Barragan asked her to do so in a round about ways of asking her "didn't Berlin force you into all this" and etc.

Audrey called her police man good friend in Chicago and he told her how to get the false charges listed by Barragan dropped and she filled out an affidavit to release Mr. Berlin of 4 of the 15 fake made up charges by Detective Barragan.

From 2004 When Mr. Berlin started this new Ebay Business he was very successful and hired about 300 or more people per year.

He was hiring people on a weekly basis to work from their homes for the first time in their life mostly and had to teach many of the 400 people by phone or email each year how to sell on Ebay correctly keeping him pretty busy on a daily basis and weekends as well.

He also had to find supply company's of products at lower costs so the Ebay sellers and he could stay in business and of course items that people wanted to buy. He hired a staff of shipping helpers and stocked about half the items in his own House/Warehouse and let the suppliers Companys ship the rest out each week.

This all went well for the first few years and every one was very happy that was involved. What's now known as the dot.com crash of many start up dot com company's and people not able to run their dot.com business correctly caused Mr. Berlin to lose money some months in the thousands of dollars and along with Mr.Berlin losing money so did the Ebay independent no contantract sellers.

Luckly this only happened less then a dozen times in 4 1/2 years he recalls and for the most part had hundreds and hundreds of happy Ebay independent sellers doing great or even making more money then thier past jobs ever paid them.

These dot.com company's were mostly over seas and would not replay to Mr. Berlin by email phone or text order at all and their ordering web sites were off the Internet for good and they out of business never to be heard from again what so ever only a few every responded again only to say sorry were out of business and good bye. Mr Berlin worked with 4 to 5 dozen companys or more in the 4 1/2 years in the business.

For those involved as listed in the current law suit Mr.Berlin is not responable for your wrong orders you may have sent in the wrong address and some of you in the list did that more then once and others waited weeks to send in orders treating the job Mr.Berlin offered you like a major joke that caused paypal to freeze your Paypal accounts or refunded your Ebay buyers.

Again Mr.Berlin told you in your starter email that timly orders only work well on Ebay sales and if your order were placed with a bad dot.com that ripped off Mr.Berlin and you he is sorry but at the same time is not responble for your loss or his. He did the best he could and worked into the nights many days that most of past assistants saw and know.

He is again very sorry that you also had that happen to you and he did also lose lots of money some place in the thousands sending them in large sum's of upfront orders funds to get a better price and in trusting them to ship items out in a timly fasion or manner.

This was for the most part a rare problem and Mr.Berlin can prove anything by giving the names of the dot.com companys to law inforcement at any time.

But here is the main reason why Law inforcement never asked Mr. Berlin any questions like "Did some one steal Money from you Mr.Berlin" or "Did Jenny Carter or Bethany Klier ever theaten you Mr.Berlin or your 83 year old Mother"


The reason for Mr. Berlin now tied up in the courts is all because of one person and one person only or for the most part and her name is Jenny Carter.

Miss Carter did do good work with us at first. But when Mr. Berlin shipped out all her orders with one other assistant in Jan 2006 Carter attacked Mr. Berlin by emailing all her Ebay buyers of their items shipped out by Mr.Berlin that he was a fraud and to sue him and get their money back. They in turn placed refunds on her after that from her own doing.

Mr Berlin did ship them 100% full legal software items within the law. That law has since been revisved after that in July 2006. Every one of Carter's buyers got full working programs called orignal back up programs as listed on the website uslaw.gov.

Mr. Berlin followed the laws from the Goverment website but Jenny Carter never would listen to him or believe him or talk to him like a human being again.

Only threaten to have him beat up and his mother. "She was as crazy as the unibomber" is how detecetive Barragan discribed her.

Mr. Berlin nor Jenny Carter have never met each other ever or seen one another altho Mr.Berlin was at a public funtion and a woman came up to him saying his name giggling odd other words and Mr.Berlin said her voice sounded like Carters. She has all the trats of a stalker and did threaten his 83 year old mother calling after midnight over a dozon times and threating Mr.Berlin by phone mostly over the years.

That is what detective Barragan said about her on the phone when calling Mr.Berlin in two different phone calls in 2007. Telling Mr.Berlin "Shes driving me Crazy I can't take it any more!!" This call from Barragan happenend again the next year with the same thing being said "Shes driving me Crazy I can't take it any more Mr.Berlin!!"

This is really what drove Barragan crazy, Detective Barragan had to copy word for word for 4 years plus, Every long letter, phone call, and fax that Jenny Carter sent in on a daily basis 5 days a week about Mr.Berlin.

Jenny Carter wrote into to every Goverment office, Police stations in different states and etc evry place she could in a stalkers mode or style. Those letters would all end up on Barragan's desk.

He couldn't take it any more after 4 years and when he heard of Berlin losing money from another dot.com going broke or an item miss shipped thanks to a wrong address sent in by a Ebay seller he said "The hell with it lets arrest Mr.Berlin and maybe just maybe Jenny Carter will stop writting me about Mr.Berlin for a littel while and I will not have to write word for word her letters for hours and hours each day about Mr.Berlin from her ever again.

Mr. Berlin will be hiring a staff to prove all these facts he found above about Barragan. Only if this case is not closed by end of year or sooner. Mr.Berlin will seek his badge and job and the turmination of in the police force and or possible staff involved in framing or arresting Mr.Berlin to resolve the letters and issues Carter created by driviing Barragan crazy and in turn lieing to DA Shane Werner to get his arrest to happen.

Who is Mr.Berlin you asked ?

I worked with him but never met him and why should I believe him and Audrey Ruttan and not what detective Barragan is saying about him?

Mr.Berlin was raised in Encino, Ca most of his life and his father put him in the Real Estate business from age 14 as an assistant. He grew up around the richest people in the united states and went to private schools with them in Beverly hills and became friends with many of them of which many are still his friends today.

In his early 20's Mr.Berlin helped his father sell many Building's, Shopping Centers, in LA area and other places. Then in his late 20's had the great plesure to help his friend Michael Jackson find him his 2850 acre "Neverland Ranch" with his mother in charge of that sale in the early 90's as the lead broker. The family business was just the 3 of them and one assistant threw out the years.

In recent weeks Mr.Berlin has been in contact with Governer Arnold Schwarzenegger about turning the Neverland Valley Ranch into a Monument Park or Graceland like setting. This will bring into the state $60 to $100 Million dollars or more per year of which a tax can be set into Neverland to help the current broke status of the state of California revive some what. Plus most inportant give the great late King of Pop his final resting place that most of his beloved family wants to see him rest at.

I too am a victim of this scam artist. A few years back (1999 I believe) I put a (music) keyboard on Ebay for auction. When it didn't meet my reserve, Will Berlin (at the time Royalworlds@aol.com) emailed me to ask if I'd like to sell it to him for $50 under the reserve, which was $600. I agreed and shipped it to him. It was my mistake in doing both of these things, as he never sent the check he was supposed to. I emailed him and was given a bunch of 'you should at least let me try it to make sure it works', etc emails back. He also told me he was a lawyer and knew his rights, that I couldn't sue him for the money. I was so embarrased about all of this I never told anyone.

A few days later I decided to call him. A woman answered the phone and I asked to speak with him. She replied 'He's not here, does he owe you money?' I explained the situation (knowing full well at this point that I would never see my money) and she said she'd give him the message. Two days later the number was changed. This [expletive] needs to be stopped. I'm so glad I came across this website.

Now that I know he's still at it, I too will be filing my own Rip Off Report, however I do want to leave my comments here for Jenny as our stories are practically identical:

Craigslist, ebay, payment instructions outside of PayPal, he wanted to check my ebay feedback, he was never available by phone and if I did try to reach him via the published #, I heard the fax pick up. No response to my emails and the one time he did decide to reply, he was EXTREMELY nasty and very unprofessional, one excuse after another for not being able to supply a tracking #, lies on top of lies...

My ebay reputation was flawless before I 'accepted' the position with Bill (aka - Auction Sellers) and his 'assistant' Lindsey in October of 2005. I took great pride in my business and my customers trusted me.
Not only am I out the $$, but my ebay account has been suspended and my PayPal account is frozen due to the chargebacks that came back to me.

I know that at the time it happened to me, there were at least 12-15 other sellers on ebay that were also affected.

Words can't fully describe the sheer anguish and pain I felt (and still do, for that matter) when I realized what he had done. And when I first started listing the items on ebay, I was very excited about the opportunity to 'expand' my own product line and 'broaden my horizons'. See how well that worked out for me?

Thank God I didn't go through with listing Lindsay's Honda on ebay motors (to the tune of around $12,000). The thought of what could have happened had I done that, truly sickens my stomach.

From day one, I worked diligently to gain the respect of my buyers and the ebay world. To earn and maintain that (backed by a perfect 'score' of 100% feedback with GLOWING comments)and then have it all swept away by this animal and his deception is just devastating. WE NEED TO DO WHATEVER WE CAN TO STOP HIM.

When Mr. Brian Thomas was confronted about who "Jenny Carter" is, that's me, by the way...His response was the following...

"We know that woman sells on Ebay and has gotten alot people kicked off, SHES A MAJOR COMPETETOIR AND LIER! I just called my other partner and asked about her now. She sells thousands on Ebay daily, Look we told you not to listen to people like her, they lie on websites about others for thier personal gain only! That site any one can write anything they want to about you, That what I was just told. All call you after dinner ok?"


Now folks, the reality is that I don't sell on Ebay anymore because Mr. Berlin has me so immensely indebted to Paypal. As well, I have never gotten anyway kicked off of Ebay. I HAVE MANAGED TO CONTACT HUNDREDS OF POTENTIAL VICTIMS WHO WERE WORKING FOR MR. BERLIN. THANK THE LORD, I WAS ABLE TO NOTIFY MOST OF THEM BEFORE THEY BECAME FINANCIAL VICTIMS TO HIS SCAM.

You can also see that I have not sold on Ebay since this I fell victim to Mr. Berlin's scam. He and his "associates" are a disgust to our communities. time you send us the shipping address of the winner

listed in the email with each item we send you) and
any other fees all on the same day only or within 48 hours
of you sending us payment or order information. Very important.

AFTER YOUR AUCTIONS HAVE SOLD YOUR NEXT STEP:

Send the winner a notice to pay you. Once
payment has arrived you then take out the listing
Auction fees for all ended/expired Auctions only, and
your pay either at the end of the month.
Or you can take the Auction fees out with each
item you sell and for past NOT SOLD AUCTIONS ONLY, DO
NOT TAKE OUT FEES FOR LIVE AUCTIONS STILL RUNNING TILL
THEY HAVE ENDED.

Then you forward the rest for purchase and shipping
payment from paypal.com or however they paid you to
us by sending it to your bank then through your bank's
online Bill Pay service.

You may also send money orders in or checks by mail
but we only ship once your payments have cleared our
bank accounts. So please try to sign up with your online
banking Bill Pay service if want to do well with us and
make your Auction winning customers extra happy
with fast shipments to them.

Also we prefer you to use either Excel or Microsoft
Word format to send your full book keeping to us on
every paid/won Auction items. This would include the
Listing fees, Your pay, The winners name and address,
Plus the winning auction number with the date won,
and any other fees. Plus the day your funds will transfer

Thanks for posting this valuable information regardng Morty or Bill if you want to call him that. I agree with your tactics as far as posting his personal information. One thing I would like to suggest is that victims DO NOT contact his mother Gloria Berlin. She has been through enough crap from him as it is and she is getting up there in age and the last thing she needs to deal with is more s**t from Morty (Bill). He has put her through enough of his own shananigans and she has absolutely no control over him or his finances nor will it do any good in the pursuit to get your money back.

Like it is posted, he is now a 44 year old man and needs to grow up & contacting his mother is not going to do anybody any good except maybe get some lady stressed out who should be enjoying her golden years! Intrigued, I e-mailed him for more information. He responded with a 6-page response, detailing how to sign up for auto bill pay, how I should let him know my e-bay ID so he could check my feedback, etc. He also mentioned that his "top people" are making in the neighborhood of $825 per week. Sounded good as I am a student. It also sounded too good to be true and he seemed to want too much information. I ran a search and lo and behold - here I am.
