Attached is a letter that AC sent to Audi Richmond. They still will not take responsibility for their actions or help in any way.
Audi Management Team:
Words cannot fully express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received at Audi Richmond. My experience with Audi Richmond service department has been marked by negligence, unprofessionalism, arrogance, and a blatant disregard for customer care, both from your current service manager and the dealership’s General Manager.
Despite my efforts to resolve these matters amicably and directly, I have been met with indifference, avoidance, and what appears to be a complete failure of accountability on the part of your management team. I have outlined below several specific incidents that speak to the systemic issues at Audi Richmond:
Wheel Damage and Improper Tire Balancing:After having new Michelin tires mounted and balanced, my previously flawless rims returned with noticeable scratches, despite prior documentation and photo evidence showing no damage. I was told by your service manager that such damage is “normal” and, incredibly, was advised to take my business elsewhere if I didn’t like it. Even worse, I experienced significant vibration when driving home. Your technician claimed the tires were defective and could not be balanced, and that I should return them. Yet when I brought them back to Discount Tire, they corrected the balance immediately. The car rides perfectly. This raises serious questions about the competence or honesty of your service staff.
Spoiler Repair Delays and Lack of Communication:A warranty-covered replace/repaint of the rear spoiler resulted in bubbling and required a second repaint. This process dragged on from December to March due to poor coordination between your department and the body shop. I had to personally intervene with the body shop to get answers and coordinate activities. The service manager again proved to be unhelpful and dismissive.
Paint Damage from Unauthorized Car Wash:Despite my explicit request not to run my car through the dealership’s car wash, it was done anyway, resulting in numerous scratches, including one deep gouge on the bumper of a vehicle that was less than six months old. While a car detail was offered, it failed to correct the scratch on the bumper. Your service manager refused to take further responsibility, and the scratch remains. Pre-service inspection photos clearly show that the scratch did not exist beforehand.
Windshield Damage Denied:While Audi had my car for warranty work, my car’s windshield sustained a deep scratch. Photos taken before the service show no such damage. Audi Service manager, however, has denied responsibility once again.
To the GM of Audi Richmond, I made several attempts to speak with you directly about these matters, including written messages and voicemail requests to meet with you, but you have not responded. Your one text message, “Audi Richmond will no longer service your vehicle under any circumstances,’ clearly summarizes your attitude and professional demeanor. As the top management at Audi Richmond, I would think you would be interested in direct input from a customer that would enable you to assess the performance of your service department and initiate corrective action. Instead, you avoided me at every opportunity. Your silence and avoidance strongly suggest an unwillingness to take responsibility or even to engage with dissatisfied customers.
Based on my experience and after reviewing similar online complaints, it is clear that Audi Richmond has a chronic customer service problem. Your current attitude, “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else” is entirely unacceptable, particularly for a brand that positions itself as a premium automotive brand. Once again, the issues that I have listed above were entirely caused by Audi Richmond
Your lack of responsiveness and the failures of your service department have left me with no choice but to take these next steps. I will issue a formal complaint to Audi Corporation, the BBB, and other applicable organizations. I hope this letter serves as a wake-up call to the serious concerns your customers are raising.

...And The BBB Approves And Goes Along With It!

Come on along and we're going on a journey to the septic tank. WARNING: Get out the puke bucket for what you're about to read will make you want to throw up! First, how much MONETARY DAMAGE is there? Go get a written estimate from a collision shop and definitely NOT this dealership, so that you have an accurate DAMAGE FIGURE. Yes, you can contact the AUDI ZONE OFFICE but be prepared for a very likely response such as: "Each of our dealerships is an independent business and we have no control over what they do" which is a bunch of BS because the "Audi" name is on the building and the dealership has signed an agreement which states they will represent the brand with integrity. Secondly, call your insurance company and see if your insurance will either COVER THEIR DAMAGE or go to bat for you. Be prepared for a "no" to either or both questions with the excuse the coverage is limited to damage you caused or what another driver caused. If they do cover it, they will pay the bill for you and then go after the dealership slime balls. If the damage is substantial, then start calling lawyers and find out if they have experience against the Sleazy American Car Business and if part of your action includes attorney fees. Above and beyond all, don't just sit around and do nothing. This dealership, as WE SHALL SEE, does NOT operate with INTEGRITY and HONESTY and they think you are too stupid to do anything but go away. Now's the time to get out that puke bucket. This dealership does NOT operate with HONESTY and INTEGRITY because they TELL YOU SO! They add a FAKE FEE of $795 (and who knows how many other FAKE FEES) to any car sold. There is NO SUCH LEGITIMATE FEE as "Processing". It is 100% FAKE and a very typical example of DEALERSHIP FRAUD AND DECEPTION and as such, that tells you in no uncertain terms you ARE NOT dealing with good and decent people. Oh, there's more! Guess what? The BBB completely GOES ALONG AND APPROVES! The BBB sold these slime balls an "A+" FAKE RATING! Yes, I did say "S O L D" ! The BBB calls themselves a "bureau" to DECEIVE the pubic into thinking the PHONEY BALONEY BBB is something they are not! The BBB is NOT part of any government body and the BBB is NOT part of any law enforcement body. The BBB has absolutely ZERO POWER to force ANY business to do anything and the BBB is well known among the legitimate business community as a "PAY-FOR-PLAY" SCAM. On the BBB website, they describe "A+" purchasers using the words "honesty", "transparency" and "integrity"! Did YOU experience THOSE THREE TRAITS with this "A+" "rated" place? No, because those FAKE RATINGS are a SOLD ITEM. If you were to ask for the BBB "FAKE ARBITRATION", you would be going up against a BBB CUSTOMER and the alleged "arbitrator" is PAID BY THE BBB. Do you actually think that FAKE ABRITRATOR is willing to lose their job by deciding against a BBB "CUSTOMER"??? In other words, the BBB is full of horse manure and is, as every legitimate business person knows and as the BBB very clearly evidences nothing more than a "PAY-FOR-PLAY" scam. Please do your homework as outlined above and DO NOT just roll over, play doormat and do nothing. That's what they are hoping you will do. I have a feeling you are much TOO SMART to do that. Please don't let me down!!!!

Why do you need to contact them to find out what you owe? You signed documentation to get this loan. Did YOU even bother to READ what YOU were signing? What was the total amount of interest for the loan? How far BEHIND on your payments were you? Anybody who knows anything about finance, KNOWS FOR A FACT the llender makes the MOST MONEY when all the payments are made and they get ALL the interest which was agreed upon in that documentation which YOU probably NEVER even READ. Therefore, since the lender makes the most money when all the payments are made, they would rather not fo a repo! They ONLY do a repo when they loose confidence the customer will pay and THAT means YOU! When YOU fail to make on time payments, YOU generate extra interest. Having paid "x" amount of dollars already is of no value if you should have paid more if you would have paid ON TIME, which is WHAT YOU AGREED TO DO. You can complain to whomever you want. If you were behind in your payments then YOU CAUSED A REPO.
