Audrey Bellis The Bella Bambino Never paid me and keeps giving me the run around Los Angeles, California

I designed logos for Audrey Bellis for her two companies, The Bella Bambino and Cuticle Corp, in early 2011. I was told by a mutual friend, that had introduced us, she found out Audrey had been scamming people and also told me about this website. At the moment I was concerned but Audrey paid me in full for the logo designs so I thought nothing of it.

After a few months went by and I was contacted by Miss Bellis once again for design work. We worked out a design cost and I completed the stationary designs for her on June 23, 2011. As of today, February 17, 2012, I have still not received payment for my services.

I have been given excuse after excuse why I have not received my check yet. Ive gotten nothing but run around from Audrey for almost 8 months.

Some of her excuses:
"I mailed it, must have gotten lost"
"Omg, its been sitting on my desk under paperwork"
"You can pick it up from my moms house" (no address given)
"Ill have my boyfriend drop it off at your house" (never showed)

I am being forced to take Miss Bellis to Small Claims Court. I have even told her this would happen and still no change.
