This person is to be dealt with in a very cautious manner. Do not release company propriatary information as she is apat to use it in neofarious uses to her own benefit. She has done harm to our organizaton by making representations in a transaction which were false. She has back solicited in several transactions.
The driving characteristics of Audrey Lay Douglas are controlling, uncompromising, and libelous to those she does business with. We wanted to warn any party who is thinking about doing business to be very careful with company information and trade secrets before engaging this person on any level.

We want to further confirm as an update so there no doubt with regard to this file that Audrey Lay Douglas should be held in the highest esteem, respect, and trust. We must make the point that the initial report was filed without th proper investigation done and for that we must completely negate and retract the contnents of it--even though these reports can not be removed from the website per policy. Ms Douglas will have our information should any party require a custom private statment regarding this matter.
