Home was promised to be ready January /February 2016. After company took my 10,000 earnest money deposit, and made several mistakes, they did not deliver my home. Augustine did not apply for a permit until 4 months after I signed a contract. The company along with the president Sal Migliore lack customer care and professionalism. Beware, beware. This company will take your money and not deliver your home. After 6 long months of being treated like second class citizens, we took our buisness elsewhere and we are much happier. We may have lost our money for now, but.... augustine will not receive the business of $620,000 more.
