Aurora at Summerfield Apartments worst places I have ever lived Aurora IL

Aurora at Summerfield 1847 Clubhouse Dr, Aurora, IL 60504, this has to be one of the worst places I have ever lived. My family and I had to transfer to another apartment because the one we ORIGINALLY moved into was awful. There were mice, our place flooded, the dishwasher had to get replaced TWICE, the microwave had to get replaced multiple times for not working they have cheap smoke detectors so bad to the point that we had to have ALL OF THEM REMOVED. Talk about a safety hazard! They never clean the grounds, we had neighbors throw out chicken bones out their window and the grounds were never kept clean. They were delayed in opening the pool and they never clean it. There maintenance staff is so short staffed that if you need an emergency work order on a Saturday..... Good luck because they will not come. The office there has the most lacked professionalism I have ever seen in my life. I am not sure how they got these positions but they are not advocating for their tenets. Aurora at Summerfield Aurora, IL This place is not worth it, please PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere.
