On Feb. 6 2012 I purchased 2 American Platinum Eagle coins for $3,508. That was my second purchase from them. First one, in April 2011 went pretty normal. This time, after not hearing from them for 2 months I have contacted them. They promised delivery in 28 more days. About 40 days later, after several warnings, I flied a BBB report in April 2012. They (Stuart) called back pretty fast, saying that complaining will only delay delivery. In the process they promised a full refund, and then filed a bogus BBB rebuttal blaming me for delay.

Since then I filed complaints with FTC (May 2012) and CA Attorney General (Jul 2012), with no results yet.
