Austin Brokers Inc Unsolicited offer to buy timeshare in Mexico Austin Texas

Company contacted me to purchase a timeshare in Mexico. I informed them that I did not own a timeshare but did own the ability to purchase 10-20 weeks at a Mexican resort for a discounted price. Without determining exactly what I owned the company offered to pay me more than $35,000 for it. In order to receive payment I would have to put the brokers 10% commission plus assorted Mexican transfer fees into a trust fund with proceeds to be distributed after the sale. I have been burned once by this schem so did not go forward with this offer but want to warn any potential "customer" of Austin Brokers Inc to not do business with them
