They published my book since 2005 and no royalty is paid until now when they send me 81 cents, through their distributors, called Content distributors in Indianapolis. The mailer is called Content Distributor Inc.1663 S. Liberty Drive, Indianapolis, IN 47403. Their phone number is 812-339-0000. I would like to know if they have been ripping me off for over a decade, and sending me only 81 cents in 2018. They do not pay my royalty for ten years, since 2005.
