Don't use them and they won't even give partial refunds they just make you write a letter of cancellation to stop working on your modification that they never worked anyway. $1800 and the bank called me then I called them and all they did was fax the info that I collected to the bank it would have been cheaper just going to kinkos vice use there services but don't worry he doesn't do home loan modifications anymore because he said tey were to much of a hassle..
