Two young guys knocked on my door they toll me that they had coupons for a mechanic shop and all what i had to do was to fill up the coupon and it will be good for six months, six months later i got a letter from a collector (procollect) saying that i own 147.50 dls to this company AUTO CARE SUPER SAVER i did not singed anything, obviously they are doing something illegal, now my question is can i sue this company?

You purchased a super saver and you used it as normal but your origional payment was declind or was a NSF check so it was sent to collections. We never stopped your membership and you continued to use it. If you would like a copy of your declined payment we would be more than happy to give you a copy of it.
